Return and Exchange Period The customer has the right to request a product return within 3 days from the date of receipt. Cases of Rejection Return or exchange requests are not accepted in the following cases: Product used or installed Product or packaging damaged due to misuse Exceeding the specified period Incomplete data requests 3. Manufacturing Defects In case of a manufacturing defect: Carbon Car bears the shipping and return costs The product has been replaced or the amount refunded depending on the case The defect will be evaluated by the specialized team. 4. Shipping and Return Fees In case of a return without a manufacturing reason: The original shipping fee will be deducted In case of non-receipt of the shipment: The customer bears the re-shipping costs 5. Payment Gateway A 7% fee will be deducted for financial transactions when refunding the amount, as these are non-refundable fees from the service provider. 6. Warranty The warranty does not cover: Misuse Incorrect installation Malfunctions caused by external factors 7. Receiving the Shipment The order must be received within the specified period from the shipping company. In case of non-receipt within 14 days: The order will be returned Re-shipping fees will be applied 8. Refunds The amount will be refunded to the same payment method or via bank transfer. Processing takes 2 to 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the product. 9. Disclaimer The customer is responsible for ensuring that the parts are compatible with their vehicle before purchase.
